NeuroLeadership is an emerging field of study focused on bringing neuro-scientific knowledge into the areas of leadership development, management training, education, consulting and coaching. The event is for individuals and groups who want to understand the latest findings from neuroscience and apply them to the workplace. Summit objectives include: creating new connections between leadership and neuroscience academics, researchers and practitioners; developing new theories and practical applications of the science; exploring how business leaders can be educated in the neuroscience of leadership; and generating interest in the field.
The North American Summit will feature four sessions per day, with significant time allowed for interaction and discussion to explore the implications of ideas presented. Participants will have many opportunities to connect and network with like-minded attendees and summit speakers.
